✅ Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or payment receipt) is required.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons).

🔄 Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or issue a refund—no return required.

To request an exchange, email us at support@tentoes.store or via our Whatsapp Live Chat support with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item received
  • A brief explanation

💳 Refunds

Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.
  • If your refund is late or missing, check with your bank or credit card provider—it may take a few extra days to post.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Send returns to the original sending address (you can find this on your package shipping label) or contact support for step by step instructions.
